Our services

All of our team members work to offer you with high quality dental care using the latest technology.

Your comfort is of the upmost importance and we’re known for the gentle way in which we offer our treatments. Some people are anxious about receiving dental care. We offer several solutions to help them relax and manage their anxiety. When a procedure requires local anaesthesia, we take all the time needed for the medication to take effect and to insure that the patient does not feel pain. We also offer treatments in conscious sedation using nitrous oxide.

Since 2013, we offer implant placement and gum grafting. Dental implants are a permanent solution to replace one or more missing teeth.

We wish that your visit to our office will be as pleasant as possible. Please tell us about your needs.

Welcome to new patients.

Our services :

On your first visit to our office, we take the time to get acquainted. The initial examination is longer and more complete than routine examinations. We document your medical and dental history. We assess your gums’ health by taking measurements and screen for diseases such as oral cancer. We also take x-rays necessary for a full examination of your teeth and bone support. Finally, we proceed with your first scaling (cleaning).

  • At your recall examination and routine scaling, we review the results of your initial examination.
  • Polishing removes stains and plaque on the teeth surface, making them bright.
  • Scaling involves removing tartar deposits on the teeth and underneath the gums. Without regular scaling, tartar above and below the gum line causes the loss of bone supporting the teeth, which will eventually cause tooth loss. This is a prevention service including oral hygiene instructions.
  • Examination of the outside of the mouth and lips to detect any anomaly.
  • Examination of intraoral (inside) mucous membranes (tissues that line the mouth), of the lips, cheeks, gums, tongue, floor of the mouth and observation of the hard palate, soft palate and oropharynx (throat).
  • Tooth whitening eliminates pigments or stains on the teeth using a peroxide solution.
  • We recommend trays made within a dental office for whitening treatments. They are well adjusted to your gums and prevent irritation of the surrounding tissues. A gradual whitening treatment done at home using professional trays helps prevent postoperative dentinal sensitivity.
  • Gum grafting is a procedure that involves implanting a graft mucosa on a gingival recession.
  • The transplant is a cosmetic procedure, which can also prevent teeth from becoming loose.
  • Root canal treatment is needed to treat a deep decay or a fracture located too close to the nerve and to avoid tooth extraction. It is to clean the living tissue inside the infected tooth and to seal it using a material called gutta percha (similar to rubber).
  • A crown is recommended after an endodontic treatment to prevent the fracture of the devitalized tooth.
  • Full and partial dentures are removable acrylic prosthesis. They allow the replacement of all or several missing teeth.
  • Used on a fracture or for a major restoration, the crown covers the entire surface of the tooth using a cap made of metal, porcelain or some other material. Several crowns cemented together form a bridge and replace a missing tooth.
  • Ideal solution for the replacement of a missing tooth. A metal screw is inserted into the bone of the jaw and will serve as an anchor to receive the crown.
  • At Bourget Dental Clinic, we perform the insertion of implants into the bone and the installation of the crown on the implant.
  • We perform most of wisdom teeth extractions in our office..
  • To help the patient overcome anxiety related to the intervention, we offer sedation by medication and/or nitrous oxide.
  • In more complex cases, we refer the patient to a maxillofacial surgeon (specialist).
